Excellent location within walking distance to Piazza Duomo, very nice apartment, clean and comfortable.Private kitchen with tea , coffee, water, snacks; spacious bathroom with bathrobes and quality toiletries. Super staff! Our plane was 12 hours late, and all this time Francesco was in touch on watsapp, booked transfer from airport, left for us detailed instructions for self check-in. And Ivan asked us every morning if we needed anything. It was a wonderful stay in Milan. Many thanks!

Since there are many things we liked about the apartment, let me list them; - The communication with the host was extremely good. We received all instructions on the spot just after booking. We received even a short video showing how to access to facility from host since we would arrive very late. (Thanks to Daniele). - This was a spotlessly clean apartment I have ever stayed so far. - There were all consumables and whatever you need in kitchen also in bathroom. - Location was amazing (Literally 5 mins walk to Piazza Duomo). It was close to all places to visit and to metro entrance as well. even though you are in a very central area, the apartment was very quiet. - Bed was very comfy. - I already sent my special thanks to host but I want to repeat that we appreciated a lot of coffee they left in the apartment for us. That was remarkable. (Thanks again.)

I liked my room but the lighting was a bit harsh and I didn't find a hook for my bath towel. I would have liked a softer bed and the linens were tucked in so that they didn't reach up to cover my shoulders so that is an easy fix. I would have liked a door between the bathroom and bedroom. I loved the proximity to the Duomo and shopping and taxi stand but the taxis have no place to wait for you right at the building and one that Dario called for me just drove by and stopped far down the street and picked up someone else before I could get to him. I went to the taxi stand in front of the Duomo instead which has a lot of taxis. Dario and Mateo were great. As a woman traveling alone I do prefer to stay in places that have someone available to let me in at all hours in case I stay out late but that was not an issue on this visit. The shower worked great and had good pressure and hot water. The towels could be softer. The pillow was a bit hard so one hard and one soft would be nice. I loved the automatic shades. I was thrilled to have YouTube available and English-speaking tv.

Locatie centrala, aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun, legatura directa cu gara centrala din Milano (autobuzul 60 sau tramvaiul 9), 10 min pe jos pana la Domul din Milano. Camera curata, luminoasa, vedera catre strada, baia utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie: dus-gel, sampon, balsam, crema ras, sampon uscat, uscator de par. In recenzii am citit ca la baie se aude ventilatorul daca folosesc vecinii baia. Noi nu am auzit, dar in baie exista si o lumina care se aprinde din interior si care nu porneste ventilatorul deci nu face galagie...asa ca daca nu am avut nevoie sa pornim ventilatorul, am folosit lumina din baie si cred ca si vecinii au procedat la fel. Carrefour express peste drum de cazare cu strictul necesar (apa, suc, paine...). Micul dejun: vouchere cu 1cafea/cappuccino/latte macchiato+1 croissant(simplu sau cu crema...cel cu crema de fistic si cel cu crema de ciocolata si vanilie -de vis) +1 fresh de portocale, la un local micut din apropiere.

This being our first time in Italy, we chose a smaller hotel with hopes that the staff at the reception would have the time and the willingness to make themselves available to us. We were extremely pleased. Everyone stationed at the desk went above and beyond - helpful with daily trip planning - getting to locations via the Metro, walking, cabs, and even some google searches to assist in our travels...and they did so in a very pleasant and efficient manner. The hotel is situated on a small street - cobblestones - quaint - very much feeling the mood of Italy. Walking a minute in one direction brought us to a main street filled with outdoor eateries and lovely shops and in the other direction, a very short walk to the artsy Brera district. It is located right near the Castle and in the opposite direction an easy walk to the famous Galleria, La Scala and other point of interest. 10+ for location. Our room was well sized with very comfortable space to move around. The room was super clean and beds very comfortable. Towels and toiletries updated daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location , Close to metro sations, in the very center of Milan, right in front of the touristic attraction -castle, walking distance to central milan. In a very beautiful building Clean Cozy rooms, welcoming hosts - responding to all favors quickly and positively.

The room was very clean, amazingly equipped (hair dryer, hair straightener, shoe polish, iron & ironing board…), very spacious and perfectly located (very close to/in Brera destrict with great boutiques, art and the Brera Pinacoteca, and only 20 minutes away from Duomo). The common area was equally clean, spacious, and we had a great breakfast. We simply loved the place and would book again!!
