Dario is the most wonderful host a foreign traveler could ever wish for! He went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible, to help us learn how to get around, and his English was nearly perfect! (One of us would have liked to try to speak more Italian actually, but Dario took great pride in his effort to learn English -- and it was far better than our Italian -- so most of our conversations followed the path of least resistance.). He has a great smile and warm demeanor; he made our short stay in Mondello delightful.

Owners and staff were excellent. As there are only 6 rooms, often the pool area is very quiet and can provide the feeling of a private villa. Clearly many small aspects, which when combined make a large difference, have been thought through and perfected over time, such as the music by the pool, volume increasing as the day goes on, to Giulia and Claudia always being available to help, but never being overbearing.

Beautiful house that was decorated wonderfully with flowers, lights, and gorgeous seating areas to eat breakfast and take pictures. Had a full bathroom, living area, and bedroom for two people! Alessandra was so sweet and helpful to all the questions we had and even arranged a private shuttle for us to and from the airport. House is a two minute walk from the beach.

We were staying in the Tramontana room with the most beautiful terrace and view over the sea and mountains. The place is very confortable and very well equipped. We loved the welcoming persons, the little extras in the kitchen and mainly the house is fantastic. Well situated in a very charming village. It's perfect to go around and visit parlermo. We stayed in december and the place is perfect.

The view from the upper terrace is amazing, the location is quiet, about 10min to the beach on foot. There’s a large supermarket about 15min on foot from the house. We had a great stay, thank you again for everything and especially for ensuring we can rest calmly!

Our children just loved it. Staff were very friendly, good self service breakfast and the lunch offering was brilliant - we had a family room which was a great size and layout, we came on our way back from elsewhere in Sicily for 2 nights before we flew home and was a good choice for that. Having two bathrooms was a great bonus especially after coming from the beach with children. Washing Machine was very handy, good WiFi, great communication with the host, plenty of cooking utensils etc. Couch also folds out to a fairly comfortable sofa bed which we used a lot while watching TV when the weather wasn't the best.

We were four people, two adults and two children (aged 10 and 7 respectively). The location is perfect for families and group of friends. It is exactly as described, very close to the beach, spacious, clean. The hosts, Lorena and Mauro, are very nice people, open, informative, generous (the eldest daughter broke a photo frame and Lorena was so understanding :) We highly recommend this location and if we have the opportunity we will come back!Marius NeteduRomania
