Location was really great. Near the old town and an easy stroll to the sea. Staff really friendly and room excellent with huge TV with Netflix etc and unbelievable breakfast. Staff were brilliant at helping us understand where to go and booking shows before we got to the city.

Probably the best host I've ever been to. Every day he made sure we had everything we needed and mentioned that he was there for anything needed. Also, the free garage meant a lot to us, as well as the free laundry (though it's polite to tip the people who do the work). Whatever we asked for was either provided or taken care of or brought to the room. The rooms are really decent and decently furnished. 10/10

Everything was great! The hosts are extremely kind and are trying to help you with whatever they can - whether it's for making you a coffee in the morning or setting up a nearby parking! The hotel itself is wonderful, located in an area that's literally close to everything you'd need. Our room was extremely clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. Overall - everything was perfect!

Location very well connected to public transport (funicular and Metro) - easy to reach from port/harbour and from central railway station. Many restaurants and bars nearby, plus a microbrewery round the corner - also helpful information leaflets for guests (try the Osteria Donna Teresa!). Suitable for families with kids. Would stay here again and I warmly recommend Casa Arcoiris.

There’s a big children’s park and the pool has both spaces for grownups and kids, which makes this location a superb spot to spend quality family time. The food was affordable and of good quality. Same with breakfast. A big shout out to the staff, they were superb, very accommodating and friendly, they were able to help us out with all we needed.
