We arrived late at night and our host came to welcome us. We were also late for dinner and asked him to recommend a place. He proposed a few restaurants nearby and after that he shared that he also has a restourant. We decided to try his and he even took us there by his car (we were tired from the trip). The dishes were tasty and the personnel was really nice. I strongly recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Location is also perfect as it is on walking distance from Pisa tower.

Lucia and Fabrizio were wonderful hosts (Grazie mille)! Loved the rustic charm of the room they provided us. External bathroom but private and just steps away from room. Breakfast was a huge variety of sweet and savory. My husband loved the chocolate and pear cake while I was more into the many savory items. 20mins walk to Pisa Centrale train station, 15mins walk to eateries and shops along second bridge and from there a short 10-15?mins walk to Pisa Tower. A definite thumbs up for a stay in Pisa.
