Perfect location, easy walk to both train station and beach. Beautiful heated pool. Abundant breakfast spread. Specific beach area reserved for hotel guests (at a cost, which is normal in Italy). Helpful and friendly staff who assisted me with printing travel documents. The farewell biscotti were a special touch. Affordable single room with plenty of space.

The property is close to the beach and good restaurants and coffee shops. It had all the amenities we needed: bedroom with comfortable bed, kitchen with induction, coffee machine and dishwasher, the balcony with nice view, table and sunbed, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a warm parking for our car. Everything was clean and the welcoming was really nice and warm. For shure we’d like to come back on our next tour.

Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided. The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.
