As someone who has traveled quite a lot it does stand out to me that the actual property does look as good if not even better “in the flesh” than it does on the pictures . Spotless and furnished to a high standard. There is nothing cheap about this place . The property has a heavy metal door, is gated and feels very safe. Within walking distance to a very nice restaurant “Il giardino del pane”, a local bar and a Seafood take away. You soon will feel like a local yourself.. There are also several bicycles you can use - free of charge. Which can come in handy when going to the nearby beach as it can be tricky to find parking there. Sandra will go out of her way and literally will go the extra mile in order to make sure you feel welcome.

We loved that Pietro what is there to meet us and show us around? We also met Sara who speaks excellent English, and we loved everything about place. The building , the facilities, the location, the town, the eating out recommendations. They even booked us tables. They were exceptional hosts

Hosts were incredibly friendly and willing to help in all ways possible. They gave us interesting recommendations on things to do and where to go eat. Room was very comfy and well taken care of. Breakfast was yummy and varied :) loved this place!

Our stay at San Felice was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is in a cottage that is located in a quiet and charming place.Outside we had a set of seating , a table for meals and a small garden at our disposal. Lots of flowers and greenery. Drinking delicious , Italian coffee you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains. The equipment of the apartment is flawless. Perfectly clean. Lots of space, two bedrooms, dining room , small TV lounge and kitchen,in which nothing was missing. The host Dario is a wonderful, discreet person . Always available and very helpful. The town itself is beautiful, devoid of commercialism. Wonderful locals, friendly to visitors. The location could not be better. Less than two minutes to stores, tourist information center and great , local bars and restaurants , serving real , local delicacies. 12 minutes to the beautiful beach. Wow. Very nice stay. Very nice staff. Very nice and super cleam room (the big one). Very nice bathroom. You can even walk (maybe 20 minutes?) on the bicycle way up to the down town. . Beach is 10 minutes drive.

Liked everything about the stay: the home is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you might need. There is even a wood-fired oven for pizza lovers. A big thank you to the hostess Sandra, who made our stay as comfortable as it can be, and gave a lot of tips and recommendations where to go and what to do. We felt very welcomed there, and enjoyed both the villa and the town.

This is one of the loveliest places I have stayed. I relaxed within a minute of being there and meeting the fantastic staff, especially Frederica - one of the owners and founders - who put me at ease immediately and made me feel so welcome. Great family atmosphere, excellent food and happy, relaxed guests.
