Conditioner works perfekt, very good planed rooms for family, you can make dark room if want to sleep at daytime. All things ready if want cooking, food stores near 3 min walk. I will stay again if come to this area. Also like the food box outside room, also can get beer. Easy available washing machine with short washing time programs....

The property is so close to the beach, the market, and a bakery that smells so delicious all day long! Francesco, Jerry, and Nancy were so welcoming and took the best care of us! We felt like family and they made sure we felt like we were at home. The breakfast was always delicious and Nancy’s homemade pastries were the perfect touch!!

Our hosts were so gracious and patient with us and our inability to speak Italian. We were greeted warmly and shown how to work all the locks, lights etc (first time to Europe so it wasnt exactly intuitive for us) AND he gave us a welcoming treat of fresh fruit that we had never had. (FIchi) The location was perfect! A few minute walk to the beach and to restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable and room was pleasant and clean with door to the outside courtyard/ patio. Our host gave us a recommendation for a vendor for umbrellas and chair so we got a discount for our day at the beach. We enjoyed that the owner/host sat and visited with us during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and so charming in the little courtyard. I loved the dainty embroidered table cloths and adorable serving dishes. They had many fresh choices available: yogurt, fruit, pastries, coffee, cappacino etc If we come to San Vito Lo Capo again, which we hope to, we would absolutely stay here again!!
