The views were magnificent! The staff especially the lovely man working in reception, I’m sorry we didn’t get his name, we’re incredibly helpful and accommodating. The shuttle service is so helpful as the hotel is quite far from the town of Sorrento but the views and shuttle access make up for this. The breakfast was much better than we were expecting.

The views are breathtaking. You can see Vesuvio from some rooms and the bar area. They also have a beautiful garden with plenty of seating to relax. There is parking, and it is quiet. Breakfast is typical: bread, cold cuts, cheese, and fruit. The bar is available most of the day, and they have a nice pool. The air conditioning in the room is outstanding, best we've had in an Italian hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, and spoke perfect English. They were always willing to help with a smile on their face.

We chose this hotel because of the pool area and were very happy about our decision! Loved the pool and the pool bar, and the staff there were amazing. The breakfast was lovely and our room was very comfortable and clean. The friendly staff at the reception helped us book two unforgettable boat trips. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sorrento!

Perfect for our large group of 7 ladies traveling together. There are 4 private rooms that open into a common hallway. The rooms and bathrooms were the largest we have stayed at in Italy. Very nicely remodeled. We had all 4 rooms so it was very private, but would have been fine with just one. Very secure with a gate into the complex at the street, a locked door into the building, locked door into the hall, and each room locked separately as well. Super location, close to train station, town, port...walked everywhere. We loved the details like snacks and a mini bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Gian, who checked us in, was just adorable 😍 he gave us good advice on where to eat etc.

The room was perfect exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spacious, clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the bathtub next to the bed and the led lights in the bathroom are a huge plus. The location is really good as it is in the center of the town and you can easily navigate around. Rossana is a great hostess and made the whole experience even better.
