We got a great room with terrace, the breakfast was great (the best we had in Italy), the staff was wonderful and they provided thev mandatory beach equipment to make the day out perfect. It is a bit far from the famous beach, but the provided shuttle works fine. Has all services near by.

The property exceeded our expectations by far! The amount of space available, both inside and outside, was more than expected. The facilities were amazing, and the host was quite helpful and informative. We wished that we had made a longer stay.

Emanuela was a great host and really helpful person. She offered a lot of additional equipment (for example umbrellas etc). Appartment had everything for comfort holiday, even with small child. It had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher machine). Silent locality (house in the private residense) with beatiful view on La Pelossa beach and the whole lagune. We really enjoyed pleasant weather in June and not so many people on the beach. Shop is only 5 minutes from the house.

This "Casetta sul Porticciolo" is very special for holidays in Sardinia. The position in the harbour of Stintino allows you to find at walking distance whatever you need to enjoy a relaxed holiday, like shops, good restaurants, wonderful small beaches, everything with a local touch and friendly people. From the balcony you can enjoy a nice view on the harbour and the house is fully accessorised. We appreciated a lot the friendliness of our host Laura. She devoted quite some time to us at our arrival to explain the local area and even took us for a tour. We received a lot of information from her, a lovely welcome basket, and a farewel souvenir. Grazie Laura :-) If you want to be more active, Stintino is a fantastic starting point to visit the wonderful province of Sassari and get a full immersion in nature and culture, like the Asinara island and Neptune's Cave or numerous Nuraghe and Necropolis areas.

The outdoor space is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Very pleasant to sit outside the property in the evenings on comfortable sofas, listening to the sounds of nature. Also, the kitchen has everything you could need for preparing food. Outdoor shower was also very nice. Lastly, Marta the owner's daughter was very kind and helpful. We had a problem with the water and someone came to fix it within 10 minutes of us calling!

Amazing location in Stintino village. Huge bungalow with everything needed for a long time stay. Everything is thought of... Two amazing terraces 😍 (one with a superb street view and the other with a view to the harbour) Bed linen smelled so clean and fresh and I had an amazing sleep each night. 5 minute bus trip to the stunning La Pelosa beach or even better, a 50 minute scenic walk along the coast. ...but a special thank you to Maddalena 😊 She was there for me whenever I needed a little help and always available to answer any questions. You're the best Maddalena. Thank you so much. 🫶
