Gyönyörű panoràma, premier king infinity szobàban voltunk. Kényelmes àgy, hatalmas fürdőszoba, kedves előzékeny személyzet. Nagyon jó, napos napozóterasz és medence. Jó helyen helyezkedik el a szálloda.

We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in so many different hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not at their menu; they noticed I don’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to my book; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great is the hotel) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.

Everything about Axon Residence is beyond gorgeous. The views from the rooftop pool are unparalleled! Makes the stay so worth it and great. The room was huge and everything in it was beautiful. If we're ever coming back to Malaysia, Axon Residence is the place to be! #Perfection

Location: great location, 5-8 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, 5 mins to Bukit Bintang station. there are 7-11 nearby the hotel which is convenience. Facilities: The infinite pool is awesome, lift is quick. Love the hotel rooms, it feels like home. Very clean and spacious. the washing machine works well (but no washing powder is provided). Basic amenities like tooth brush, slippers are provided. Staff: Mr Jahid is very nice and help kept my luggages for few hours after i checked out. The check in-out procedures are quick and staff is responsive.
