The staff were amazingly helpful and nothing was too much. the room was very clean on arrival. The hotel has a lovely pool that is perfect for actually swimming rather than just soaking in. the newly built shower block was also very clean. although not in the centre it was perfectly located for our needs with excellent secure parking it is also quiet so you are not disturbed by traffic or cockerels we were only due to stay a couple of days but ended staying nearly a week and even booked an extra room for families members to join us and enjoy the pool. yes we will stay here every time we come back to Vigan

They are very accommodating, and really helped us during our stay. We also had such a nice time chatting with Kuya Erol. Clean rooms, very good facilities, not a single bad thing to say. We booked one night as there is a typhoon and we had to leave pagudpud and checked in at aiport view hotel. They checked on us throughout our stay as there is a typhoon and power outage and Kuya Erol provided us with everything we need, helped us with our food, and made our stay very comfortable. We had to stay beyond the check out time and Kuya Erol and Ate Vida didnt charge us a single peso and even apologized for not enjoying our vigan tour because of typhoon - not that it is their fault but they are so nice to do so. Thank you so much Kuya Erol and Ate Vida! We will surely go back.

The location of the hotel is ideal, it is walking distance to Calle Crisologo. The front desk staff were very helpful in showing us where to go and what places were interesting. I like it that breakfast is served in the room at the time you want it served, Room layout is quite nice, you can close off the bedroom area with the sliding door, so someone can watch TV without disturbing the other person. Donna and Princess, their receptionist arranged our "pasalubongs" on the day we are leaving making sure we have everything we needed. I give it a 5 star for their service.

The hotel was very clean which was the most important thing for me. The interior has a Spanish era aesthetic which was in-keeping with the neighborhood. The staff were very polite and gave exceptional service. The breakfast portions were generous and the food was delicious!

The property was very closed to all major tourist spots. It is very convenient as it’s closed to all fast food areas and wet market. The split type ac was great and cool!!! It was all worth it as its very affordable.
