What a perfect place! We loved every aspect of it. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We got some free local foods when checking in and also fresh bread every morning! The host quickly responded to every question I had. Easy parking in front. Located in central part of the island so it's pretty good place to start your trips around Sao Miguel with rented car.

am a great fan of Portugal, have been travelling there on yearly basis since 2000. Somewhere along the way I heard about a magical place called “Açores” and have dreamt about travelling there ever since. This year we finally decided to make it happen. We went through so many accommodations, but in the end settled with Entre Muros as this felt a right place for both of us. And not for a second we regretted our decision while staying there. The place is fresh and has everything one could possibly need for the stay. We loved the garden and will always remember our evening there under the stars and a rising moon while zipping a local wine. Amazing! We chose this place also because it is kind of in the middle of the island. We wanted to explore both sides of the island, therefore didn’t want to stay too much on one side and it was a right decision. So easy to drive everywhere. Last and lot least and actually most importantly. We LOVED our host. Marta was so super responsive and that was the final aspect helping us to choose between two places. She seemed so warm and incredibly friendly. I find it extremely important while travelling. It was my birthday trip and my partner had secretly asked them to prepare a small surprise or something. And Oh My God, how it touched my heart to see that they had set up a small picnic table with a cake, flowers and a bottle of wine for us in the garden. This was a welcome as perfect as it could possible be. And the other member of the staff Andreia, who welcomed us, was just lovely. Anyways, we can’t say anything else about the place other than we had an amazing time there. We are people, who value peace, nature, quality and being a bit away from the tourist attractions closer to local life - it covered all the aspects for us. Even though my dream of visiting Açores came true, then the stay at Entre Muros could as well be called as a dream come true when you are looking for a nice place on the island.

The equipment of the house has exceeded all expectations. Great accommodation for the week. Central location to explore the whole island. Very uncomplicated organization.

I stayed for 3 weeks and the apartment was amazing. Rui, the host, was great, he personally handed me the keys, changed the towels every Saturday, prepared a big handbook with lots of tips and places to visits, etc. The apartment is spacious with a covered balcony that can be opened (which was great on windy and rainy days), fully equiped kitchen, there was everything I needed.

This place is amazing. The host is very helpful and kind. The apartment has an access to a huge garden with fresh vegetables and herbs. The check in is authomatic so there was no problem with late arrival. There were water and some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is very nice and has everything we needed during our stay. The area is calm and peacefull and all the main points of the island can be easily reached by car. We absolutely loved our stay and recommend it very very much!!

Peaceful location. Lots of space rain or shine. Very well equipped with everything needed for a large family and entertaining friends. Amazing pool and lovely hosts! Fresh vegetables and eggs from the garden plot were great too.

the house was very well put together, the swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic and very clean. There were loungers around the pool and plenty of outside seating. there was a welcome basket of local foods on arrival which was appreciated. The BBQ area and outside gazebo were great. The rooms were very clean and we really appreciated the towels provided for the swimming pool. the washing machine was handy and was put to use. Overall a brilliant house to rent for a large group of friends and I would definitely consider going back.
