The owners and the all the staff went over above their service. When they found out it’s our anniversary, they provide as with welcome wine, with flower and heart design towel arrangement. Breakfast good, very clean and comfortable beddings you will see on a 4 stars hotel. They have the restaurant and cafe. They give discount for the restaurant. The couple who owned/manages the place were exceptional , friendly and professional. I booked my cab back to Lisbon Airport via an earlier booking thru internet, and they even helped me reconfirm my transportation accomodation by calling and communicating in local language with the company. They made sure that we have everything in order before they departed. The place was very clean , neat and at par with 5 star accomodations. The view from our hotel is fantastic, we could see the top of the basilica from where we were. Everything is accessible, from the restaurants, souvenir shops, and of course, the Basilica itself. Worth the money i paid.
