This is a beautiful quirky apartment, it was spotless. Isabel greeted us so warmly and the property had so many little extra touches that made it really special, We were there for only one night and didn’t cook but it seemed to have everything you would need. A walk literally around the corner gives you stunning views over Alqueva Lake and another few yards up the hill takes you into the caste and the village of Monsaraz. This is a truly special and individual place.

Joana and Anabela were wonderful, the breakfast was lovely and varied and had a great homemade touch, and the room was excellent. We really loved our stay and definitely want to come back. It was cold so sadly we didn't get to enjoy the pool but the outside area (pool, garden, plenty of cozy places to sit and read) was great to walk around!
