Well located and close to sights of the city. Super easy for Ubers, and access to the metro station. The staff were exceptional always welcoming and go over & above. I especially want to mention Manuel who welcomed us so warmly and spent time to sit with us taking us through key attractions & restaurants in Porto. We arrived earlier than check in and were allowed to sit in the lounge area and leave our bags at a secure spot and offered drinks. The staff were absolutely lovely. Location wise it’s perfect and a walking distance from popular tourist spots and the city centre. Place is kept well and tidy and gives a home away from home vibe. We were with a baby and it was very convenient with a lift. A high chair was provided, along with a crib and baby bath. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
