Marko, the host, is very careful and full of information about the town and its history. He got out of his way to make our arrival easy, as the town is closed to traffic and the public parkings are not very close and are often full -- he found us a parking place at a discount and "collected" us right there. The flat is in the middle of the historical centre, one block from the lighthouse and close to everything. Very quiet too

Amazing view, free parking, great owner and staff, walking distance to Piran old town which is very cool. AC is very effective. There are a ton of activities nearby. Daytrips to Italy, Bled, Caves etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that was handy. Grocery store is also nearby, we used Lidl which has a lot of selection, good prices and is about 10 minute drive away but you could walk to closer option if you prefer. Furniture in the apartment is high quality - bed is comfy, couch etc. Deck furniture is very nice and we spent a lot of time relaxing outside.
