We loved the house. It was all new, total clean and smell good. The resort was huge with a lot of activities. The location are great. Close to market, shops, cafe and activities. The owner are also very kind and helpful. Always by his phone, and making sure that you’re having a good time. We will absolutely come again.

There was still availability for my family to find something and enjoy the time. I loved that the suite that I was given had additional space so that my family felt comfortable and no on top of each other. I also liked that I was able to pay for attractions in the play area A la Carte because last year I paid for full pass and one of my children only did the rock climbing.

The pool activities are good for small kids. Pool size is nice, lazy river and water slides are also very fun. The location is good. Took us 20 minutes to get to universal studios. A few good restaurants you can walk to from the hotel. We will definitely come back.

The kitchen was great to cook at home or get a take out when the kids were to tired. The beds are super comfy and with a new smart tv in every bedroom everyone was happy to relax, the new washer dryer is fantastic for families travelling. I told the front desk it was my Son’s Birthday and they literally went above and beyond with making him feel special. I don’t remember her exact name but is sounded like La Nadja or Donja it was two separate words for her first name. She brought my son balloons, candy and a cake!!! The head of security also brought my son goodies. He felt so special. Also Hassan at the Trevi restaurant is our favorite!!!! He treats us like family.JJOHNFamily with young children
