DAMAC Maison Aykon City Dubai asub Dubais, 4,6 km kaugusel Burj Khalifa pilvelõhkujast ja 5,4 km kaugusel Dubai ostukeskusest. The hotel location and rooms are superb! The breakfast and the restaurant is located on the 11th floor with amazing view. We arrived earlier which was not a problem, because our room was already prepared. We got a room on a 49th floor instead of 28 what was booked for special request. And we decided to extend our stay one day which went super smooth! Special thanks to Salah our receptionist who was kind and helpful and he make all this thing happen! Thank you Salah for the excellent service!

The whole check in experience was very personal, they let me choose a room and even offered me an upgrade as it was my birthday. Big thanks to Yaman he got me the exact room I wanted with marina view, after I showed him pictures. The room size, the bed and pillows, bathroom - everything was exceptional. Got a birthday cake and a card after returning from a walk :)

Where to start with this remarkable hotel? Everything exudes class and exceptional service. Never before have I encountered such impeccable service in a hotel. From Munir and Kelvin, to the valet parking staff, to the poolside team including Shanti, Purna, Hariyom, Bharat, Sally, and the others, and not forgetting the breakfast crew, to the warm welcome by Farid at the front desk upon our arrival, and all the other staff members. Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.

The room is very cozy, the bed are big and comfy and everything is clean end smelling. Great breakfast with a lot of choice. All the staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a good stay. small suggestion on the breakfast menu, we would like a bit of a differentiation on the menu day by day.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
