Hospitality was exceptional, they helped with every request. Very nice location and wellness area, not big but nice, clean and enough to recover after full day of skiing 🙂☺️.

Rooms were very spacious with plenty of storage possibilities. Delicious and extensive breakfast buffet , served with a great smile.

The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. Everything was perfect, a lot of small nice details as candles, stylish room, friendly staff, nice terrace and good self-service bar

The service is very great. And it’s also dog friendly. The Sauna is also very nice, it gives you a relax moment after a long day trip near Achensee. And the dinner is very delicious!
