Facing Preguiças River in Barreirinhas, this resort features 2 pools with a bar and sunloungers, a multi-sport court and gym. It offers air-conditioned rooms and buffet breakfast at the restaurant. The staff of the resort was very kind and helpful, the room was great, with good size and excellent bathrooms. Breakfast, continental style, was nice (it's possible to order tapioca or omelet and they bring it to your table) and other meals in the restaurant were of great flavour for a fir price. The lobster moqueca is fabulous and served 2 adults and a six-year-old child for a very convenient price (R$ 170,00). Location is excellent for most tours, because it's very close to the beginning of most of them, but the resort is a little bit far from the Beira Mar Street, what can be downside for who wants to have lunch or dinner in town, since most restaurants are in the nearby of this street. Kids playing area is excellent, pretty new and well maintained. There're three pools, one of them with river water and waterfalls, which was a delight after the tours and all the heat of the day. Within the property there's a pottery, where you can buy pieces from local artisans that work there or you can make your own vase and take it with you! Our son and us enjoyed a lot the moment and the local artisan helped us to make a very beautiful piece of our own.

Hotel Luzeiros São Luis is just a short walk from Ponta do Farol Beach in São Luis. It has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in São Luís. Everything was almost perfect- nice room, nice pool, kind staff, good food, nice ocean view from the room.

The space is great and has all the facilities needed. We had a delay in our time of arrival and the staff was very helpful.
