The house has everything you need and even more (two bathrooms), is very clean and comfortable. In addition, it is located in a beautiful, quiet area in close proximity to the beach.

Great villa, very spacious, modern, clean. The pool was lovely and warm and there were several seating areas so you could make the most of the sun / shade as you prefer. The high walls give lots of privacy and protection from Lanzarote wind! You need a car but it is only 5 minutes drive to the town and there was plenty to do within 20 mins of the area.

Lovely new modern apartment in a great location, it has everything you need for a short stay and is just a 5 min walk from the centre of Teguise which is a beautiful old town, well worth visiting. Alfonso the host was very helpful, fast to respond and even helped us with a restaurant reservation. There is also on-site parking and wifi was fast to use.

Nelson was very helpful. Def will return.

The tour desk is available to assist guests in planning their days out. The apartment is very nice and cozy. There is plenty of space and the shared pool is also a welcome addition. The cleanliness is exceptional, our apartment was cleaned almost every day. The staff is very kind and tries to help and solve any problems. For example I did not like the hard pillow, so they gave me a soft one immediately.

Situated in Puerto del Carmen, just 200 metres from Puerto del Carmen Beach, Apartamentos Playamar features beachfront accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and free WiFi. Built in 1978, the property includes public bath and solarium. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!
