Situated in Bodmin, 31 km from Newquay Train Station, Bodmin Jail Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We liked the room size and the bathroom size and fixtures and the very cool architectural adaptation of the space. Everyone has done a great job and the hotel felt brand new (it is almost four years old). Breakfast buffet and menu combination was excellent and the service was cheerful. A perfect hotel experience. Also, the staff were very hospitable and helpful.

The Britannia Inn & Waves Restaurant features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Par. This 4-star inn features free WiFi and a bar. Everything was great, including comfortable bed and excelent breakfast.

Less than a 2-minute stroll from the beach, OYO Minerva Guesthouse offers free WiFi, a bar, and a games room with a billiards table and dartboard. Rooms with seaview are fabuluos and an excellent breakfast as well. The location is within 2 minutes walking distance of pubs, shops and the beach. Location wise it doesn’t get much better. The owners are very friendly and helpful. When returning to Newquay, I will not hesitate to book again!

With beautiful coastal views and a great beachfront location, The Beach has luxury rooms with stylish décor and free Wi-Fi. It also has a sun terrace and surfboard/bike storage. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgrade to our room, which was amazing. The whole stay was a lovely experience.

Situated in Hayle and only 2 km from Gwithian Beach, Loggans Lodge features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. Breakfast perfectly OK. Loggans Lodge is a nice and clean place. Shower and bathroom work perfectly. Complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, sweets and bottles of water. Small fridge in the room (twin bed room). Small garden with decoration along the car park. Ann is a very kind and helpful person!

Macdonald's Farm features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Saint Ervan, 1.1 km from Porthcothan Beach. The staff was very friendly and professional. Room was great. Breakfast was nice. The most expensive accommodation thus far on this trip. Not sure it lived up to the expense.

East Thorne Glamping is a recently renovated holiday home in Bude, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The accommodation has a hot tub. Gorgeous roundhouses, warm and comfortable.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Melorne Farm Guest House is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Camelford, 45 km from Newquay Train Station. A hot tub is available for guests. A beautiful house, well placed to access everywhere we wanted to see. Our room was large and comfortable with a well appointed private bathroom.
