The reception was beautiful. It's the first thing you see when you arrive and that sets the tone for the rest of the hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. Free tea and coffee was a great touch with brilliant quality products. Fully equipped general store in reception which is great incase you forgot something. Lovely big comfortable bed, the shower had great pressure and the whole hotel was spotless.

Set in the Cotswold market town of Tetbury, this charming town house dates back to 1535 and boasts a restaurant with views of the walled garden and fountain. A very elegant hotel with very adaptable and pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again.

Located in Shipston on Stour, 13 km from Walton Hall, The Lion, Tredington provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Not only was The Lion a wonderful location to explore the Cotswolds (and close to Stratford-upon-Avon) it was cute, quaint and so cozy. Mark (the owner) was incredibly nice and we loved our stay at his property. I can't say enough good things! He also helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Rooms are small, but well decorated and comfortable. We had dinner at the pub and it was delicious!

I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone for a relaxing gateway from busy city life.
