A very secluded and private accomodation with great facilities. Room was beautifully furnished and spacious enough for 3 of us. There was a big billiard table which provided much fun for us. Also enjoyed reading book by the warm fireplace. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and service was great. we really enjoyed our short stay here.

The apartment unit was very modern and all recently remodeled. Breakfast was great as everything provided was very high quality. The owners were very accommodating to making our stay very enjoyable.

We stayed in the two-bed room bed and breakfast, and it was superb. Sara is a fantastic cook, the home is beautifully decorated, and the location is really great. We were able to see so much and still be 'home' to relax before bed. Achalochan House has been the best stay on our 21 day journey.

Micheline awarded chef in the kitchen is impressive with his dinner tasting menus. Breakfast was exclusive as well. You can choose from a variety of starters and mains for breakfast which is an excellent idea. We loved it all – tidy and cozy rooms, beautifully furnished common rooms, and the best food. The Lodge itself is a well-reconstructed historical building. Very romantic. And I mustn't forget to appreciate the very high quality and professionality of the staff.

Its almost on the road so access was great. Our bedroom windows were facing the garden and fields which was great! Everything was clean, tidy and of excellent taste. We also had a lot of info on what to do, where to eat and some other useful tips for our stay in Skye! Josephine was very nice and welcoming!
