My brief stay was extremely comfortable. I ended up spending time in and around the property - there is lots to do for everyone. The restaurant has a deck overlooking the sea - the view from there is beyond brilliant. The food and the cocktails are also highly recommended.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y contaba con terraza. Todos los dias nos daban una botella de agua y bolsitas de té. Dentro de la habitación hay un calentador de agua y frigorífico. Ademas fuimos antes de la hora de entrada y nos dejaron pasar a la habitación sin problema

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare.
