We visited The Oberoi, Bombay, to celebrate our 25th anniversary in January 2024. It turned out that The Oberoi clearly exceeded our already high expectations. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Harleen, whose warm and friendly behavior made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Her attentiveness and genuine kindness were constant throughout our stay. We also were very surprised to find a wonderful chocolate cake in our room on the occasion of our anniversary. Besides the great location and wonderful design of this hotel, the entire staff at this wonderful hotel was very friendly and attentive. We especially want to mention Sous Chef Richard, who accompanied us culinarily throughout our stay and continually surprised us with unexpected delicacies. Unfortunately, we missed the Saturday brunch. We hope we will soon have the opportunity to make up for it. This hotel is one of the few 5-star hotels that, alongside luxury and quality, manages to convey a family atmosphere where one spontaneously feels at ease. We are sure when we return, it will feel a bit like "coming home". We are already looking forward to it and thank The Oberoi Team for its hospitality. Oliver and Nicole

Klasa sama w sobie, tym razem zatrzymałem się w TOWER tj. w tym samym kompleksie ale o połowę taniej niż PALACE. Można korzystać z tych samych atrakcji (basen, SPA, restauracje). Obsługa od recepcji poprzez doorman'ów, kelnerów, obsługę pięter na najwyższym światowym poziomie. Jeden z najbardziej luksusowych hoteli, w jakich byłem. Nawet najbardziej wymagający i rozkapryszeni goście nie znajdą "dziury w całym". Mistrzostwo świata. Wrócę tam na pewno za każdym razem, kiedy tylko będę w Mumbaju

Set in Pune, 4 km from Pune International Airport The Ritz-Carlton, Pune offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The croissants are made fresh and were the absolute best part of my stay. Every time I visit any location of Ritz, I'm sure that I will get the best breakfast buffet. The pain au chocolat is a must when you visit.

Great Location, good ambience, clean and spacious rooms, most of the necessary facilities are in place, very pleasant balcony sitout, and most importantly the host Mr Bhonde is a very humble and nice host. Always available to help. The place vibrates with positivity as very nice Indian music fills the property in evening.

The rooms are spacious and very comfy. The staff is very helpful in every aspects who would try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Food is also good Chef Yusuf Pathan and Chef Sanket does their best to serve people.
