It was truly amazing, beyond words. I wish i could find words to describe how awesome this was. I travel to all high-end luxury hotels across the globe but this one is definitely one of my favorites. Located in Riscone, Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels of the World features a restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar and a spacious wellness and fitness centre. The hotel was off the charts. The people and service were amazing, friendly, professional and always helpful. They went the extra mile to help. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) were all world-class. If you like to work out, bring some gym shorts and shoes as the gym is very well equipped. Or just relax at the end of the day in the rooftop, heated pool as we did. The food was sublime. Breakfast offered everything you could want and dinner was magnificent. A new creative, delicious menu every night with a variety of choices.

The property was walkable from the station. there were lots of restaurants nearby. Elena the host was lovely, very communicative. Bedroom and Bathroom were enormous. All beautifully furnished. The rooms are very modern, clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast is good. The check in process late in the evening also worked very well. Highly recommended.

The scenery is amazing and the rooms are clean and newly remodeled. The staff is so friendly and made us feel like family. We had the best meal of our trip in their fabulous restaurant. We had their four course tasting meal, which was plenty of food and the price is so affordable. A nice breakfast in the morning, We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next journey.
