The staff who was in VIP lobby was so helpful and accommodated me even though I was in the wrong building and gave us free VIP valet service. I really feel they value every kind of customer and it is a big factor. The room was just superb, it has an Ipad to control everything in the room and to request anything to the hotel. They have a separate shower and toilet (with Hi-tech automatic bowl) and the space is something! Bath tub w the pool view and walk in dressing room is wow! I am so fascinated and would def recommend this and stat again when Im get back in Philippines. It is the best hotel in Philippines without a doubt.

With doorman/ security guard at front and back entrances. 2) Location is central and safe. Surrounded by many malls and you feel safe walking around at night. People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

Citadines Salcedo Makati offers self-catering rooms and apartments with free WiFi. The aparthotel has a 24-hour front desk and indoor pool and restaurant for guests to swim and dine. It is located at the central district. Walking distance for almost anything. Hotel was clean and staff was courteous

Besides, the bath towels getting old, it's time to buy new ones. The prices in the restaurant pleasantly surprised us, much cheaper than in Busuanga and tasty. Coffee from local farmers with coconut milk is very good. The sun loungers on the beach are not adjustable; lying on them is not very comfortable; It would be great if the back of the lounge chair could be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. There are mosquitoes on Nacpan Beach in the evenings, so buy mosquito repellent and your vacation will be comfortable. There are a lot of dogs on the island, but they are not dangerous. I would like to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff Aylen, Roger and Bucky for making our stay comfortable. So, I would highly recommend the hotel and Nacpan beach, as there most beautiful sunsets I ever seen. You will not regret.
