My room was facing the harbour and my timing was perfect as aI saw the cruise ship come and go. The hotel is very close to the town central so a very convenient location. Breakfast foods was freshly prepared. Throughout the hotel the staff were friendly and eager to please the guest. I particularly liked the extra touch of hats for the guest, the delivery of a fruit basket upon arrival and the hand deliver of an afternoon "cookie pack". I am a very satisfied customer!

One of the best spa hotels in Europe I can think of, it has unhurried, elegant and stress-free ambiance where you can drop in at the 24 hour open pools rich with iron minerals and the stunning volcanic-inspired spa. One of the best meals we’ve had on the Sao Miguel and staff that goes beyond on service without being obstructive. Had the Terrace Double room and very happy about it

Ponta Delgada Airport is 2 km away. one of the best, good locations front of the ocean, good staff,very clean with a good service i highly recommended

At the hostel, every room is fitted with a wardrobe, bed linen and a patio with a mountain view. At Loving Strangers Hostel, the rooms are equipped with a seating area. The host Stefan is extremely lovely. I was given a quick tour of the hostel and was free to choose whichever bunk bed I wanted. The beds are amazing: outlet, personal light, curtains that let no light in, space to put your things, very comfortable mattress, large lockers. The breakfast was also lovely. Stefan will make you his signature pancakes (also vegan and gluten free if you want). There is also yoghurt, bread, different jams, fruit and cereal. Speaking of food: make sure you participate in the "family dinners". The home-cooked meals (form starters to soup, main, and desert) are amazing. Stefan not only cooks better than most restaurants I have been to on the azores, but you'll also be fed until you explode and that for a very fair price. Finally, I loved the co-working space with nice chairs, privacy and fast WIFI.

Looks exactly like the pictures. It’s a new place, it’s clean, beautiful, well maintained. All the staff without exception were so friendly and nice to us. Breakfast was great as well. It’s about 20 minutes walk from a main area of restaurants and bars (walkable at night), great view over mount brazil and the ocean. We loved seeing the sunset from the pool while reading a book. The place also has a big private parking lot for free. We didn’t wanted to leave
