Absolutely stunning estate with the best views and grounds that I've encountered in the Douro. Chef was Michelin Star quality, we wish we had stayed longer as it was far superior to the other 3 vineyards we stayed in.

Paraíso Douro AL is located in Lamego, 2.8 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, and provides a balcony, garden, and free WiFi. The property features 10 rooms and 7 bungalows. Everything was absolutely perfect. The place itself is a true paradise, and if I were ever to get married, I'd do it here! They also had a beautiful indoor pool, open from early to late, which was a big plus. And the breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in Portugal!

L'Original Douro Hotel està situat a Peso da Régua, a la regió del Nord, a 400 m del Museu do Douro. Amazing renovations. Worth every penny. I’ll be back.

Quinta Vilar e Almarde offers rustic-style accommodation in Castelo de Paiva. The owners could not have been kinder. The lady had my heart as you can tell she loves her property and her garden. This property was like a hidden oasis. It was perfect in every way with an exceptional shower and lots of hot water! We would love to visit again sometime!

La Quinta De La Rosa és un allotjament de propietat familiar situat en una finca vinícola, a la riba dreta del riu Duero, a 2 km de Pinhão. Our visit to Quinta de la Rosa was simply wonderful and far exceeded expectations. Our room was beautiful with stunning views and dinner in the restaurant (on both nights) was outstanding. We had an excellent wine tour/tasting and did some fabulous hikes including right to the top of the estate. Couldn't recommend a visit here more highly.

Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. Incredible place for a relaxing weekend! We enjoyed everything : the spa, the food and the amazing view. A place to go with your lover :)

The Wine House Hotel és un allotjament de luxe situat a Lamego, en plena regió del Duero, en una finca privada extensa amb vinyes. Everything, Good landscape view, better location and close to regua downtown, Good food, Good service and specially the breakfast delivery philosophy in room.

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. Breakfast was lovely with fresh juice, pastries and fruit. We were also sent away with extra slices of cake and fruit for our journey! We also had dinner there and nothing was too much. The food was excellent but was clearly prepared just for us and made it even more special with all the beams and vineyard features such as barrels in the reception and dining room. The bedroom was very cosy and the bed was extremely comfy and bathroom with a bath was excellent. The room was very large and had lots of features to make us feel like we were in the vineyard. The best bit was when we arrived and we were greeted by the family with glasses of port from their vineyard for free before sitting by a toasty fire to warm up - perfect welcome!!

Situated in a former 18th-century wine estate, this luxury hotel overlooks vineyards and the Douro Valley. The room's view was phenomenal. All staff were extremely attentive to detail and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pinhao.
