First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

A wonderful holiday home, where you will first be surprised by the friendly staff, who also provide useful information about restaurants, tourist spots, etc. Breakfast is homemade, plentiful. In addition to the rest, they offer a laundry service, which comes in handy on a long trip. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic.

Located in the edge of the village of Madalena, 100 metres from the sea, Calma do Mar B&B offers cosy accommodations with free WiFi. Very clean and comfortable... the staff was extremely nice and helpful.. highly recommend staying here!

Offering Pico Mountain and Atlantic Ocean views, Casa do Canto offers 2 apartments in the immediate surroundings of São Roque do Pico in a tranquil location. Free WiFi access is available. The apartment was very big and was fully equipped. The view from the flat was amazing and thanks to the nice garden we were able to have our meals outside almost everyday. Adelina was also very welcoming and helpful. You are going to love the two sweet cats too!

Located in a small bay of the Azorean island of Pico, the design Pocinhobay offers individually decorated rooms facing Faial Island. It is located a 10-minute drive from Madalena village. We stayed in one the villas. It was extremely private and there was so much attention to detail. The gardens are lovely. The outdoor shower was my favorite.
