Lovely quiet location overlooking the golf course and 10 minute walk to the sea. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and access to the secure back garden for our dogs. The beds were super comfy and the bath towels provided were look being at a 5 star hotel. We had a great time, plenty of places to visit and walks for the dogs.

Old grand hotel/golf resort. Evening meal option was exceptional, quality service and nice atmosphere. Pool, sauna and hottub was a free to use bonus. Would use again.

Amazing location being so close to Falmouth town. We absolutely loved the decked backyard. We sat out there every morning and evening with our little one. Lovely and relaxing view of the golf course green. Loads of wild birds chirping away. Loads of space in the living area and bedrooms. Additional firetv allowed for a little Netflix in the evening once the baby had gone to bed. We couldn't have loved it more.

Breakfast was comprehensive and cooked items were prepared to order. All the staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and polite. The bedroom (we had a standard room - what were the Signature rooms?) which was adequate for our brief stay: the bed was comfortable and the facilities good. The grounds were extensive (including the golf course) and we enjoyed the walk through the valley gardens down to the river head where a small pleasant cafe is to be found.

After a very long drive from Norfolk we were very pleasantly suprised with this lovely property , Very clean and well equiped ,nice clear instructions for some of the appliances and a nice welcome pack too. just a short walk through a small wooded area brings you out on to Falmouth Golf Course which you cross to a field with amazing views of Falmouth and surounding coastline and the SW Coastal Path .
