It's amazing that we spotted deers, ducklings & a hawk during our short stay. Susan is lovely and warm. Our comfort were enhanced by Susan's efforts to accommodate our special requests. We would love to return to this sanctuary soon !

The hotel also has chalets in the garden which look good esp for families, and a suite of rooms in a building across the car park with the spa and health club. Our friends stayed there and found it comfortable but noisier on the ground floor next to the road. The concierge, Lee, was exceptionally knowledgeable about hiking in the area and set us up for a Munro.

Useful fridge (unusual to have this and much appreciated). Entrance hall nicely decorated and welcoming. Very pleasant and friendly hosts. Quiet property. Some parking on the property, otherwise plenty of street parking in a quiet road. Very nice residential area within easy walking distance of Inverness city centre. Perfect location for playing at Inverness Golf Club which is directly across the road. Close to Raigmore Hospital and Kingsmills Hotel.
