Beds were comfortable, room was clean and fit for purpose, plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and happy to help; they gave the impression they liked their job and were happy.

Excellent help desk service staff who held and tagged our luggage for us for later check in while we visited exhibitions, museum, sea-life, cruise, golfing, shopping and other attractions. Nice view and location. Also happy they had access to disabled toilet at breakfast as had to help change my girls as a dad.

It’s extremely close to Oxford Road Station, endless food outlets and the tram lines. Lane 7 and Junkyard Golf are only a short walk away. The staff were polite and helpful.
