The food and Catering are of a very high standard. The suite was spacious and well appointed.....and finally a special mention to The Staff! The Staff were exceptional in every respect. Informative, polite, helpful, friendly, engaging, smiling....nothing was too much trouble! It was our Wedding Anniversary and we were really looked after and everyone went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning! Special mention should go to Veronica and the staff at Reception. They were beyond helpful in sending emails to 'Autostrada' to help us with a dispute, and were instrumental in getting us a Eur60 refund! The Family Tonini should be proud of their Staff and the Culture they have created. It was the kind of service you would always expect on a Holiday, but very rarely get. Thank you.
