Definitivamente la ubicación del departamento es super buena, ademas de que se tiene muy cerca la 5a avenida y acceso a servicios. El departamento en general es lindo y espacioso, el acceso es sencillo pues cuenta con elevador y no se tienen que andar subiendo las maletas por escaleras, tiene estacionamiento.

Perfect location. Just a small walk and you are in the “centre”, the beach, the ferry to Cozumel and the ADO busstation. Enjoyed the pool after a day of activities… Cecile the host is wonderful. She is there just to have a talk or to help you out and show you around the area. You feel very welcome!

Front lobby guys were so welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed, the mini market has everything you need, location, the pools VERY clean the stuff at the restaurants we're amazing!! This was an excellent hotel to stay in and perfect for the on site concert. It was a breeze to grab a golf cart to the concert and back again. No ques, no hassle, seamless and absolutely worth spending the night there. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, are spotlessly clean and have all the basic amenities you could need. You can easily walk or cycle around the property, and to fully enjoy the landscape in Mayakoba I highly recommend the boat tour. It's a wonderful way to see the whole resort. The beach club of Andaz is beautiful, with plenty loungers and towels. The beach front itself is excellent as they installed seaweed barriers, so you do not have any issues at this resort, just crystal clear waters to swim in. The breakfast buffet was great with lots to choose from and of course great service from the staff there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and as a local I hope to return again.
