All guests have highly rated Diego, now I understand why. He is a super helpful host, willing to share his invaluable tips, anytime, anywhere. He's got your back. As for the apartment, it was tidy and clean. It has everything you could ask for, even the beach chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and Brickell City Center is 15 minutes away on foot with a Seven Eleven just around the corner.

We came here after our cruise knowing we were early and just planning to drop off our bags. The reception was incredibly nice and kind, and our room was already prepared so they let us check in several hours early! This was our best lodging experience in the US. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Miami.

Location was immaculate! super convenient Publix that you can literally go downstairs to . The view from the balcony was amazing and so many nice restaurants nearby. washing machines, stove, closets, ac, etc made a trip with children that much easier. will stay again

Great apartment, great place and great area. The owner helped us with lot of information and was very accesible to all our doubts or needs. 10++ rating. The kitchen has lots of accessories, bedroom is very comfortable and pool is very nice and quiet.

Hyde has great rooms which are clean, have a little kitchen and everything works well. Beds are big and comfortable. Showers are nice and warm. The jacuzzi on the 9th floor is phenomenal and nice and big!

Wonderful old style hotel. Very friendly staff. Great ambiente. Very comfort beds and breathtaking view from the tower. All perfect! I will definitely come back!
