There is nothing like the generosity and hospitality of South Africa, and Leigh exemplifies this. She prepared delicious meals for us as we arrived late in Jhb one night and wanted a relaxed evening outside with friends the second. It felt such a treat to spend the evening outside at their lodge. Leighwood lodge has a beautiful, oasis like garden attracting all types of birds. We misplaced an item which Leigh effortlessly ensured made its way to us in Cape Town. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location ideal. Close enough to the airport. Highly recommend Leighwood lodge for business and tourist travelers.

A big thank you to hospitality, Selene Reddy, Grace Kobe, Yvonne and the rest of the staff for making our wedding anniversary a memorable one to remember. They have been remarkable in the setting up of our stay at the hotel. Our cleaner Zamo was amazing and she was so good in everything. The extra mile the hotel went to accommodate us with the delicious dinners, relaxing Spa treatments, amazing breakfast has captured our hearts and that we will definitely return. Everyone in the hotel were helpful, kind, friendly and very patient. Will definitely be back. My husband has fallen Inlove with room 218 and on our next visit I'm gona book the same room over again. Really nice location in Glendower, in a safe area. Hosts greeted us upon arrival and gave us the exact timings for the dreaded load shedding that is unfortunately going on in SA at the moment. Close to a few restaurants near by and easy access to the highways.
