The location is too good, just a stone throw away from the beach. There are plenty of shops within walkable distances. The place is very well maintained with all the amenities. The staff went over and above and were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a mixup when I arrived so I was upgraded and stayed in a beautiful suite. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and Mark, who works at the golf course, took me on a tour in the morning to see kangaroos! The pillows was so comfortable which is quite rare in hotels these days! That is a stunning walk to do along the beach. The salty sea dog is a Fantastic Café full of happy dogs and it absolutely made my morning .

Just 1 km from Torquay Main Beach, Ingenia Holidays Torquay offers a solar-heated outdoor pool, a spa and a large variety of sports facilities. quiet place, had an excellent sleep! The warmer took awhile to kick start, but no biggie. Staff was responsive and arrangement for late check in was hassle free. Good experience
