The property consists of a main building and a converted tobacco warehouse, hosting in total 146 rooms and suites. All rooms are renovated and enriched with top-quality furnishings. We loved our stay at Castelfalfi. It was everything we wanted from the Tuscan countryside. The entire staff was very attentive and kind. The property was very scenic and there were an array of different activities and experiences so you can never get bored.

Offering free bike rental, Residence Bartolini is just 400 metres from the Terme di Saturnia hot springs and Golf Club. It features a garden with gazebo and BBQ facilities. it’s a short drive to the hot springs and town.

Offering free bike rental and a furnished patio, Agriturismo Podere Sant’Antonio is set in its garden in Magliano in Toscana. It features country-style rooms, and Wi-Fi plus parking are both free. I liked the service, the quality of the room and the kindness of the hosting lady.

Set on Monte Argentario in the Tuscan Maremma, this restored hunting lodge offers a summer outdoor pool and a garden. All elegant rooms come with air conditioning and an LCD TV. I was looking for a place to relax after touring Italian cities and hill towns. This was perfect. It was out of season so not much going on here. Guests at La Mortella have access to the fancy golf resort (via a short walking path) if you like that sort of thing. Drove to the Citadelle but it's been turned into condominiums so no public access.

Surrounded by vineyards, Le Sodole is located on the Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence. This small family resort offers beautiful views, and unique self-catering accommodation in rustic style. The Restaurant had a great menu and super wine. The location was remote so it is not advisable taking public transport but to rent a car.

Set in the Tuscan countryside, Il Borro Relais & Châteaux is less than 5 minutes’ drive from San Giustino Valdarno. It offers air-conditioned accommodation, 3 restaurants and an outdoor pool. Everything was perfect, accommodations, staff, especially Riccardo, speaks perfect Portuguese and was extremely kind. Il Borro is a beautiful property located in Tuscany, 25 minutes from Arezzo. Our villa had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a beautiful living room! Breakfast is also great! We miss this place already.
