La estadia fue estupenda. El personal super amable. No hablaban español, pero la recepcionista trato de ayudar y muy atenta. La habitación es según como en la foto. Super cómoda, limpia y bella. Recomiendo el hotel al 100% regreso en algún verano ya q la nieve no me permitió hacer varias cosas en agenda 😉 y me vuelvo a hospedar en este hotel. Vale la pena!!! Lo ame, naturaleza 🫶 y el desayuno, completo 😁

La habitación amplia, un balcón con vistas maravillosas, se veían las montañas con nieve. Sin problema de parking. El personal fue estupendo, muy detallistas siempre había una bandeja de manzanas , dulces y agua con limón a disposición en el hall. Lo que más me gustó: el desayuno, exquisito, abundante, la fruta estupenda.

The hotel was a very warm and cozy experience. Firstly, I have to point out that the host of the hotel was very friendly and supportive and is one of the main reasons for the cozy vibe of the hotel. We had some troubles during our trip and the host supported with everything - finding a bag which we left at a bus on the way to the hotel, lending an Iphone charger, making the best eggs we've tasted in a while for breakfast etc. The hotel is very well situated near Igls - a cozy town in the mountains near Innsbruck. The bus stop is right near the hotel and you can take the bus to the city center every 30min up to late in the evening (weekends included). All in all, the location is great and the connections are very flexible in Innsbruck in general - no issues whatsoever there. The hotel rooms are spacious and equipped with a big bed, a fairly spacious bathroom with simple amenities. Our room had a spacious balcony with a great view, every evening and morning we enjoyed the fresh air outside in the balcony. The building keeps the modern architecture design yet inside is very cozy and reminiscent of warm interior details from back in the day with carpets and wood used to create a warm and cozy vibe which is expected for a resort in the mountains. The breakfast was very simple yet everything you need. Freshly boiled eggs, Austrian bread, cheese and meats for your delight. Coffee is brought by the host on a silver platter - just like it should be done traditionally. There is a bar which is accompanied by the host as well in case you want something to warm you up after your day. Over all the area is very quiet and cozy. It is one of the best places I've been to in a while and for my future trips to Innsbruck this is the place I want to be in. I think this is the best way to experience Innsbruck rather than commercial hotels in the center which have no soul and no vibe whatsoever.
