Gabriele (the mistress of the house) was very kind ja helpful! Rooms were exactly as described in Booking, very clean and comfortable. The clothes drying room was very good, boots and gloves were always dry by morning. Parking was in the courtyard and near the door - again more convenient. A very comfortable and cozy hotel.

Very clean well maintained property with very kind staff. Its restaurant is also very good with good local food (game, house specialties). It happened to have a music and dance night we were there, so we could see a bit of local folklore. Very nice nature around.

This accommodation is located in very calm and quiet place, with amazing views from the room. Breakfast was delicious as well and absolutely great for hiking in the mountains. The host was very nice so we felt pleasant and welcomed. I also liked to possibility to make a latte macchiato whenever I wanted and drink it on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this farm.

The location was convenient, very close to the ski pistes and other beautiful areas, like the Krimmler Wasserfälle. The view from the house is very beautiful. From the balcony you get a great view of the nearby mountains. The place is quiet and easily accessible by car. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The house is big and has everything you need. We especially liked the bathroom! For your groceries you can go to Mittersil, 5 min. from the house by car.
