The room in the Lodge was clean and comfortable, air conditioning great, but what I loved about the place was the friendliness and helpfulness of Mama and Papa. I have never stayed in a place where I felt so welcome. Papa helped me fix my phone and Mama took me to the airport, for no charge. I also really liked the communal area where you can talk to others if you wish (I was travelling on my own) and the fact I could refill my water bottle without having to buy more plastic. They are making efforts to be more sustainable. A very special place and if I return to Langkawi I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet place, a nice courtyard with open and equipped kitchen and fridge and chilling spots. Free drinking water provided, nice and helpful staff. Walking distance to the city center and a beach. Motorbike rental for affordable price. In the room, a/c + fan, hot water, terrace in front.

Ocean Lodge! An amazing little oasis run by a wonderful couple, Didi & Goy. A friend told me about this B&B lodging as I was looking for a quiet and clean place to stay. I was amazed at a lot of things upon my arrival and Ocean Lodge as it met all my expectations! Firstly, it is less than 7 mins from the airport! Secondly, oh wow! Didi & Goy greeted me upon my arrival. They were so warm and welcoming, It just felt like going home and being with family. My room is big, spacious, and clean. The bathroom is clean and spotless. Overall, the room is great and also smells good. The bed is of a quality mattress and I had a good night's sleep. I love the peacefulness and quietness of this lodging. They also have a small sitting area outside of each room. Ocean Lodge has High-Speed WiFi, Ceiling Fan, AC, Water Heater, Fridge, Satellite TV, and more. It made it easy for me as I need good internet speed for my work online. and a quiet room to take my conference calls. Perfect! The Breakfast was very delicious! Special Goy's Omelette made by Goy. Didi joined me during breakfast time and gave me information about Langkawi and activities to do and places to visit. I directly booked a Mangrove Tour and that was also another amazing experience. The owners are superbly friendly and helpful but also respect your space for privacy. They have a beautiful garden with a Gazebo with 2 hammocks. I enjoyed a cool drink and did some reading on the hammock as it was such a lovely evening. This small little oasis also provides Scooter for rent if you do want to ride around Langkawi. There are also quite a few good restaurants within walking distance from the lodging so I didn't have to travel far for food. My stay was short as I was transiting over to Thailand, but I will definitely come back for a longer stay. I would highly recommend Ocean Lodge if you are looking for a quiet and serene place to stay, convenient and CLEAN!

Tienes muchas cosas cerca. Es súper fácil moverse por ahí. En frente hay una cafetería riquísima con gente de 10 que se llama Koffeemilia Langkawi. También hay una tienda de comida que alquila motos, una lavandería y una hamburguesería. Está a 15 min andando de la playa. No es mucho, pero claro, no es cómodo porque tienes que andar por la carretera. Lo más fácil es alquilarse moto y llegas super rápido al centro y a todos lados. El hotel estaba limpio y la cama era muy cómoda. El personal muy atento.
