Ubytovanie Gästehaus Schmitt sa nachádza v destinácii Lähn 4,7 km od miesta Železničná stanica Lermoos. Our stay was exceptional. The place was immaculately clean and in a perfect location.. Close to zugspitze, Neuschwanstein, innsbruck, Imst, etc.. The little village was very charming and even had a waterfall within walking distance. The owners were very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic. My husband and I will definitely be back!! Loved everything about it.

You feel exceptionally welcomed and you can communicate all your wishes wishes with the landlord who tries his best to help you. That is not the case so often with the bigger properties

Hotel was interesting, incredibly cosy and our room was sweet, bed was very comfortable. All the owners were helpful and super nice. Restaurant downstairs couldn't have been better, food was just so tasty. We would recommend this family run Austrian style place to anyone who are hoping to stay in Kössen area. We loved our stay in Gasthof Erzherzog Reiner.

After arriving, the hosts were very friendly and helped us with our hiking trips as well. Even calling us up while hiking on the glacier to see if everything was going okay. And that the sauna would be ready when we got back! ❤️

Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony, nice detail of a chocolate on each side of the bed, breakfast ok, and very nice host!!!!
