Bianca and her family made us feel very welcome and we would love to stay there again next time we're in Melk.

Landlady was super helpful: we decided to stay one more night at the location, asked her during our breakfast but unfortunately her rooms were already booked, as it was Friday. Quick search in the booking.com app revealed most of the local properties were unavailable too, so she asked around and found an available room for us.

At the guest house, some units are allergy-free. Great location, close to the highway, but still quiet. The two connecting rooms (4&5) were perfect for our stay. The kirchen was fully equipped, with a fridge with a small freezer. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've had in the many hotels we've stayed over the years. The terace was also great. We left early, so we could not enjoy the breakfast.

Without a doubt this was the most amazing place we stayed in our entire trip to Austria. The employees are pleasant, kind and ready to help in everything. The room is large, spacious, decorated and equipped. The food at breakfast was above and beyond any expectation, so much variety, you could even order an egg according to your preference (scrambled, eye). Of course, the location of the hotel is breathtaking, among all the vineyards and nature, the silence and beauty do not leave much room for words. We loved everything and would stay there even more!

Wonderful breakfast, great location, 5 min walk downhill from Durnstein‘s main road. The room and en-suite bathroom was clean, there was a locked bike room.
