The staff is amazing and super attentive. Every morning they prepare our breakfast with so much love and bring it to our room at an agreed upon time. A Nespresso machine in the room would be a cherry on top. Sofia and her team are absolute legends!

At the accommodation every room comes with bed linen and towels. The location is the best in town, very central but quiet. The room was impeccably white and clean, the bed most comfortable. We had a great terrace to ourselves as a bonus. The price was very reasonable, too. Eddie, the host, was most kind, providing a quick transfer from the airport and sharing local knowledge. The family were waiting for us and waved from their restaurant as we arrived. They served us refreshing drinks and showed us their photo albums before bringing us to our room. Very charming 😊

At the accommodation each room is fitted with bed linen and towels. I’d give the staff of casabella (actually hotel grotta) 100 stars if I could. Everyone on staff is so kind and so helpful. I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels, I including Some far more fancy and I’ve never encountered better staff. They make this hotel! The breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Bed isn’t insanely soft but soft enough. The waterfall shower is great. And the patio of the hotel has a great view of the sunset! The sauna/hot tub are lovely too!
