Everything was spot on and bedding and sleeping facilities was alot better than described. The whole setting of where the toylets are vs bathrooms is absolutly perfect, the noice canselling mesures makes it extreamly quiet in the sleeping facilities. There are absolutly no words for the incredible person Pamela, she is a vitamin C in a person, what a wholesome personality and beautiful person she is. Victor, Sam are such a fantastic people and make this place what it is and that is a gathering place of great people. I never write review of anything, both lazy writer and staying at hotels is a part of my job so i would be writing essays every single day, but this place here is something extra unique and only because of the staff. The beds are great and comfortable, place extra clean cos they are constantly cleaning after filthy tourists "like me" and the setting of the place has everything you need, lockers and such. But again the place is this great entirely how fantastic humans the staff is, no lavish hotel grabs this atmo they create, I want to suggest all guest leave the staff a little tip they can use to do something fun to gather each month, this hard work comes from there heart and soul and for us to be this lucky to be able to enjoy it is PRICELESS. Now im sure someone thinks i am a regular at this place and im there friend ....and that would be absoultly true :) but before this trip now i had never meet them, but now i consider them friends and you can be sure im coming back again and again.

I stayed in a private double room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was super spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was present and working. A super window overlooking the entrance way which illuminates the room, but at the same time is very insulated and therefore once closed allows you to enjoy the silence of the room. The bathroom was quite big and clean too, with towels that tasted clean. I only stayed one night so I didn't get to use a lot of services, but the staff was very nice.

You can leave your bike there - it's safe inside an inner yard. They will allow you to leave your stuff there for a couple of days. Good connection with the airport even at 4 in the morning. Plenty of attractions around including the famous cathedral and a few oldbeautiful churches. You can stroll along medieval-like lanes and access elegant shops and restaurants. Good to rent a bike to see it all considering that there are excellent cycle lanes along beach for 15 kilometres.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating , even though we arrived hours before check in time. The property was clean, modern and well decorated. It’s not in the centre, which we valued, because it was quiet during the day and at night. We will come back

I was one of the first people to stay here, as today (17/04/24) was opening day. The staff were very welcoming and explained that there was a few works still on going. There was no disruption to my stay at all. I stayed in the 8 people mixed dorm and had a great sleep. The door to the room and lockers are assigned to one person only. There is a door that leads out to a small balcony. The facilities were very clean. Separate male and female. Short work from the beach. Plenty of food and drink places near by. I felt very safe here being a female solo traveller. Thank you very much
