Very functional Family room, with lots of cutlery and nice amenities in the room. Nice view of the castle entrance from the ultra large windows. A really cute cafe on 3F although I couldn't really get to use it. Complementary coffee and tea whenever you like on the cafe floor was a nice touch. I didn't find the check-in method difficult at all. I Don't get why all the reviews that people struggled to check in.

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed. The rooms were super clean and pretty. The common room and kitchen facilities are incredible with everything you need to cook and spend a relaxing time. Onsen was the best experience.

Great location off the main streets of hakone but still close to everything. Perfect for a budget stay while the generous double-bed capsule style rooms offer way more privacy than a typical hostel, which was great. The shared bathroom and kitchen was always clean and the staff were friendly.

Superb hostel all around! Much better experience than in overpriced hotels. Excellent service - our hostess Kana is the loveliest, friendliest, kindest person with great tips about the area and she went out of her way to help us out. The location is great, next to the bust station, next to some great onsen and close to Hakone's attractions. Very clean hostel, with double beds with a private fan even in the dormitory. Very happy with everything.

The hostel is very nice and cozy. Is a dormitory but is a private double bed separated by a door from the other beds, like a bunk bed ( you can see what I mean from the pictures). The bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows ( 4 in total which I really appreciated). There is everything you need and you can get there easily from the train station, about 15 mins walking (the last 3 are a bit steep).

Awesome budget Hostel with its own outdoors onsen! If you ever stayed here you gotta try it. The capsule is a bit small, but comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, too.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Very nice common area, terrace, kitchen and onsen. My wife and me had a double bed next to the window in the dorm room and it was very comfortable and looked nice with the rice paper windows. Room was very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Just a perfect stay (apart the 10 minutes walk up the hill with our backpacks)
