Location, staffs, facilities …! I totally recommend this hostel . Staffs are very friendly, there’s restaurants, pubs, groceries, train station… you literally don’t need buses. Just walk and appreciate the view.

Owners were so kind and helpful. So easygoing and hospitable. Super large room with lots of space. Location is a little bit of a walk but so perfect for anyone trying to hike or backpack.

El Bern Backpackers Hotel Glock está situado en el centro de la ciudad, en un edificio histórico, a solo 100 metros de la famosa torre Zytglogge. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The accomodations were roomy and the open kitchen very well organised. Cereals, milk and tea were for free and there was a small coffeemachine. All the rooms and shared spaces were really clean. This hostel deserves a spot in my top 3 of best hostels I visited.

Reopened in April 2018 after extensive refurbishment and surrounded by a quiet garden with a terrace outdoor chess and morris, this youth hostel in the centre of Bern is just a 5-minute walk from the... The breakfast was good. I met Sebastian Vettel here when I had the breakfast. It's really a big surprised lol.
