All the workers were super friendly and helpful, including the volunteers and cleaning staff. Thanks to Gabo especially, who drew out a map of the city for me and answered all my questions during my stay.

Was a convenient cheap option for a one night stay. Staff were nice and helpful. Wouldn't want to stay here for longer unless you're really on a budget...and it is a bit out of the way compared to more central hostels.
The hotel is in a great location - within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and experience. The breakfast was good - good variety and well appointed. The room was slightly small - but comfortable. I left my backpack in the foyer (by mistake as we were rushing to the airport) and when I called the hotel - they were only too happy to tell me that they had the backpack safe. They handed it back to me when I went to collect it.
Everything - the location is unbeatable: in the middle of everything, but a few streets away from the tourist cramps. The hostel seems very new and modern, the people working there nice and helpful and the price for that kind of service is very cheap.
One of the top hostels in the center of Madrid (yes, it is in the center. If you are American and can't walk more than 5 min, your opinion doesn't really matter). Room is modern, clean and very good price. Better than some 3 star hotels I've stayed. The fact that every time you get in you need to ring the main door and wait on the street if no one is there can be a little annoying, but on the other hand it means the place is safer than others and has 24 reception (with a person actually there all time)
Great hostel, right in the centre of the city. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and there are several laundry mats very close by which is helpful when travelling for awhile. We stayed in a private room. It was nice, felt like a budget hotel but did the job and great location.
I liked how safe the hostel felt since the most important rooms are locked unless you have the card, the amazing location, the decorations and the spacious common room. The rooms are very well noise isolated and comfortable, I didn't feel any lack. A very nice place to rest and have fun in Madrid on a budget
Excellent location by far the best Hostel staff ever. Great breakfast and cleaned facilities with tons to do! Very quiet, 24 hr staff on site by the door. Very safe!
The best hostel I ever stayed at anywhere in the world. They have really good and modern facilities overall, and they don't invent all sorts of weird charges for late arrivals, bed linen, and such. They even include in the price a towel. They have a good, cheap and super fast washing machine and dryer, good showers, good check-in, and a good breakfast. And the location is basically as central as Madrid allows.
One of the best hostels I have been so far. It is perfect for solo travelers! There are many activities offered every day, they are a lot of fun and great for meeting new people. Furthermore, everything is clean and you have everything you need. Also I have to mention the very friendly staff, all of them are great. Sofia and Agustin are the best receptionists and always helped me a lot.
this hostel had a truly great location, close to everything. the rooms were really large, with living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. that was a very pleasant surprise. one of the room's ac wasn't working but that was alright. very cheap for great value, also good wifi! not the absolute cleanest but fine.
